All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photographs (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
